About the UX Group

The UBC Arts UX Group is lead by Arts Instructional Support and Information Technology (ISIT) and Arts Communications to help improve the digital communications of the Faculty of Arts through user experience research.

The UX Group is a community of Arts students, faculty, staff, and alumni interested in participating in UX activities.

UX research methods include:

  • Usability testing
  • Prototype testing
  • Online surveys
  • Focus groups
  • User interviews

Taking a data-driven and user-focused approach to design and content strategy, UBC Arts strives to better serve the needs of our users and improve the usability, enjoyment, and efficiency when interacting with our products and services.
