With Orange Shirt Day approaching, it is important to take time to learn more about Truth and Reconciliation here at UBC, in Vancouver, and across Canada. Join Kristin Kozar, Engagement Lead at the Indian Residential School History and Dialogue Centre, and Bernard Perly, Director of Critical Indigenous Studies, for an hour of conversation and learning in the Arts Student Centre on September 28th starting at 12pm. This event is open to everyone, and is an opportunity to learn more about the Indian Residential School System and contemporary colonial impacts.
