Are you an Arts undergraduate or graduate student interested in starting your own venture? Do you want to hear why other Arts students see entrepreneurship as a worthwhile proposition? Are you curious about where entrepreneurship could take you?
Join us to meet alumni of two Faculty of Arts workshop series, offered in collaboration with Innovation UBC: Entrepreneurship for Arts Majors and Entrepreneurship for Arts Graduate Students. You’ll hear about their experiences in developing their venture ideas, what they learned in these workshops, and why they wanted to take their Arts training in an entrepreneurial direction.
This is an opportunity to learn how entrepreneurship can be a tool to pursue what’s meaningful to you in your work and to consider whether signing up for the 2025 Entrepreneurship workshop series might be right for you.
Registration for our 2025 Entrepreneurship workshop series is opening soon!
Pizza and refreshments will be provided.
Entrepreneurship for Arts Majors is part of a series of events in The Compass: Arts Students Engagement Hub. Offered in collaboration with Innovation UBC, it offers Arts students support to conceive, research, design, and prototype a start-up, agency, venture, project, product, or service, or to kick-start running an initiative, business or not-for-profit society.
